We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Dental Hygienist who shows up each day ready to make a difference. If you’re experienced with iTero scanning and enjoy educating patients about Invisalign, this is a great opportunity to expand both your clinical skills and your earning potential.

This role goes beyond routine hygiene care. You’ll play a key part in identifying Invisalign candidates, capturing high-quality scans, and confidently guiding patients through their treatment options. We value team members who are proactive, personable, and comfortable discussing care plans.

What You’ll Do

Deliver thorough and efficient dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and preventive care
Perform precise iTero scans for Invisalign cases
Identify and engage potential Invisalign candidates during hygiene appointments
Educate patients and confidently present Invisalign treatment options
Support Invisalign cases from initial scans through progress evaluations
Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft or Dentrix
Take diagnostic X-rays while ensuring patient comfort and safety
Collaborate with the doctor and team to maintain an efficient, productive schedule

What We’re Looking For

Active Dental Hygienist license
Strong reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic
Experience with iTero scanning
Invisalign experience preferred
Confidence in patient communication and case presentation
Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Compensation & Perks
