Full Time Non-DSO General Dentist For Chicago Hyde Park Dental Office

Smile Obsession Dental, a privately owned dental group with 17 locations, is seeking a full-time dentist for our Hyde Park location in Chicago. Unlike traditional DSOs, Smile Obsession is fully owned by Dr. Patel, with all 17 offices under his leadership. We pride ourselves on offering a supportive and patient-centered environment, focusing on high-quality care over production quotas. Our offices are FFS/PPO, and we do not accept Medicaid/HMO. We don’t have investors and prioritize culture, patient care, and people-first practices.

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree
- Proficiency in general dentistry procedures
- Strong skills in patient care and assessment
- Familiarity with dental terminology and medical documentation
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based setting

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental care, including assessments, treatments, and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate medical records and patient documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Work closely with dental staff to ensure smooth office operations and patient flow
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care

Job Type: Full-time  
Pay Range: $150,000 - $350,000 per year
