Full-Time Dental Assistant Pediatrics/General! :)

We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Dental Assistant to join our friendly, boutique dental practice in Murray Hill. In this role, you’ll support our dentists in delivering top-notch care to both pediatric and adult patients in a warm, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with pediatric and general dental procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques
Sterilize and prepare instruments and equipment following strict safety protocols
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA
Take and update medical histories
Educate patients and families on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Help manage scheduling and assist at the front desk as needed
Ensure the office is clean, organized, and inviting
Stay current on dental practices, terminology, and pediatric care techniques

Requirements:

Prior experience in pediatric or general dentistry is required
Familiarity with CURVE software is a plus
Ability to take a full mouth series (FMS)
Strong understanding of dental terminology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented with a professional and compassionate demeanor

Pay: \$25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday + rotating weekends
Work Location: In person
