Experienced Registered Dental Assistant

Smile Structure Dentistry & Braces is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team in San Antonio, TX. We are looking for a confident team player who leads with grace, brings positive energy, and delivers outstanding patient care with a warm smile and compassionate approach.

Our practice provides General and Orthodontic care for both pediatric and adult patients, and we value individuals who are detail-oriented, process-driven, and committed to excellence.

Position Details

Location: San Antonio, TX
Employment Type: Full-time with benefits
Pay: $15.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant
Current Registered Dental Assistant certification (required)
Experience in General Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Pediatric Dentistry, and Orthodontics
Orthodontic experience is a plus
Bilingual skills are an asset
Caring, energetic, and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and adherence to clinical processes
Ability to step up as a reliable and proactive team member

Certifications (Preferred but Not Required)

Nitrous certification
Coronal polishing certification
CPR certification

Schedule

Monday–Saturday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM–3:30 PM
Days Off: Tuesday and Sunday
