Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during cosmetic and general procedures
Set up, sterilize, and maintain instruments and treatment rooms
Take high-quality digital X-rays, intraoral scans, and impressions
Perform basic lab tasks such as model pouring, appliance prep, and equipment maintenance
Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene best practices
Accurately chart and maintain dental records
Help maintain a clean, calm, and organized clinical environment

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Active RDA license in Texas
CPR certification (preferred)
Orthodontic experience (preferred)
Experience or interest in laser dentistry (a plus!)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork
The ability to stay organized and thrive in a fast-paced practice focused on aesthetics and excellence
