Evening/Weekend Cross-Trained RDH

We are seeking a cross-trained, Certified Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to take on a at our extended-hours dental practice. This unique opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys the operational side of dentistry while still bringing clinical expertise to the table.

Certified RDH – Front Office (Evenings & Weekends)
Location: Texas | Schedule: Weeknights & Weekends | Position Type: Part-Time

About the Role:

While your primary responsibility will be front-office duties, your background as an RDH will give you a strong understanding of back-office workflows—making you an invaluable part of our high-performing team. You may occasionally be asked to assist chairside, but this role is primarily administrative and patient-facing.

Qualifications (Required):

Active Texas RDH certification
Minimum 2 years of experience in a private dental practice
Experience in front-office operations and dental assisting
Proficiency in Dentrix
Skilled in treatment plan presentation and patient communication
Knowledge of office management protocols
Reliable work history with professional demeanor
Experience in high-production treatment environments
