Job Title: Part-Time Dentist
Location: Bronx, NY 10458
Compensation: \$600.00 – \$1,000.00 per day
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Work Setting: In-person

Key Responsibilities

Perform a range of dental procedures, including fillings, root canals, and extractions
Diagnose and treat oral diseases and dental conditions
Create individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment practices
Conduct routine dental exams and cleanings
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Utilize CAD software to design and fabricate dental prosthetics
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and treatment documentation
Adhere to HIPAA regulations and uphold patient confidentiality

Required Qualifications

DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree from an accredited dental school
Current and valid dental license for the state of New York
Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control standards
Familiarity with medical terminology, dental anatomy, and treatment protocols
Ability to develop personalized care plans based on patient needs
Understanding of HIPAA compliance and data privacy standards
Experience with medical billing and coding is a plus
