Compensation: \$175,000 – \$300,000/year (based on experience)
Jobley Bonus: \$280

What You’ll Do

As our newest Dentist, you’ll be an essential part of our mission to provide high-quality care and an unforgettable patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dental treatments with precision and care
Deliver personalized, patient-first service in a high-end clinical setting
Collaborate with a skilled, upbeat team of dental professionals
Maintain the highest standards in patient safety and hygiene

Qualifications

Must hold an active dental license
1+ year of clinical experience preferred (not required)
Passion for excellence in patient care
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continued learning

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary or % of collections — whichever is higher
PPO & Fee-for-Service only (no Medicaid/HMO)

Schedule

Monday–Friday | Day shifts (8 hours/day)
Full-time commitment, with flexibility for the right candidate

Work Environment

May require prolonged sitting/standing and use of dental instruments
Exposure to dental materials, sterilization equipment, and standard clinical conditions
