Blue Jay Dental is seeking a qualified General Dentist to join our practice in Phoenix, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking for either part-time or full-time work with a flexible schedule.

Practice Information:

- Office Hours: Flexible schedule options  

- Facility: 5-operatory practice with digital X-rays and TVs in all operatories  

- Patient Demographics: Primarily adult patients  

Compensation:  

- Competitive starting salary to support a new dentist as they establish themselves in the practice  

Key Responsibilities:  

- Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients’ dental health using accepted clinical and radiological techniques  

- Develop treatment plans based on dental assessments and arrange for consultations as needed  

- Provide high-quality, professional dental care to meet the oral health needs of patients  

- Make referrals to dental specialists when necessary  

- Oversee the administrative operations of the dental office  

- Supervise and collaborate with dental hygienists and dental assistants  

Requirements:  

- DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school  

- Active Arizona dental license and DEA registration  

- Strong skills and experience in all aspects of general dentistry  

- A commitment to clinical excellence  

- Willingness to live and engage with the Phoenix community
