Qualifications

Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Minimum 1 year of experience (preferred)
Strong communication and case presentation skills
Comfort with co-diagnosis and comprehensive treatment discussions
Growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning
Passion for delivering elevated patient care

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality hygiene services with exceptional attention to comfort and detail
Educate patients on oral health, malocclusion, cosmetic options, and treatment recommendations
Collaborate closely with the doctor on comprehensive treatment planning
Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation using modern digital systems

Preferred (Not Required)

Laser certification
Experience with co-diagnosis or cosmetic consultations
Background in a spa-style or high-end dental practice
Experience with 3D scanning technology

Position Details

Pay: $55.00 – $65.00 per hour
Expected Hours: Approximately 32 hours per week
Work Location: In person
