Dental Hygienist RDH for Fun General Office in Downtown LA (part time + maternity leave coverage)

We are a general dental practice looking for a part-time hygienist to work every other Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with the potential for additional days in the near future. We’ll also need coverage for our current hygienist while she’s on maternity leave in early spring.

We are a 6-operatory, modern dental office with a fantastic team of friendly dentists and staff. We're seeking someone who fits in with our positive and energetic culture and is eager to join one of the coolest dental practices in LA! This role requires a highly professional and motivated individual who is passionate about dental hygiene. If this sounds like you, read on!

Key Qualifications:
- At least 1 to 2 years of hygiene experience is required
- Proficient in all standard hygiene duties, including administering local anesthetic, irrigations, and soft-tissue laser treatments
- Current RDH license and certifications, including HIPAA, OSHA, and CPR
- Experience with digital X-rays, digital charting, and other technology (Open Dental experience is a plus)
- A positive, organized person who genuinely cares about patient comfort and well-being

Pay and Benefits:
- Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Expected hours: 8 – 24 hours per week
- Benefits: 401(k), health insurance, paid time off
- Compensation includes base pay + commission, with profit-sharing opportunities!
