Position Overview:

As a Dental Hygienist, you'll play a key role in providing top-notch care and building long-term relationships with our patients. You'll work in a collaborative setting that values your input and supports your success.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and preventive care
Conduct patient assessments, including reviewing medical history and vital signs
Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant clinical records
Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention, and treatment options
Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols
Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional care
Stay current with advances in dental hygiene techniques and technologies

Qualifications:

Experience in a dental office is a plus, but new grads are welcome
Familiarity with Open Dental software is a bonus
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and infection control
Pediatric dentistry experience is a plus
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Compassionate, professional, and a team-oriented mindset
