$55–$60/hour | 35–40 hours per week

Position Overview
The Registered Dental Hygienist provides comprehensive preventive and periodontal care, supports diagnosis and treatment planning, and delivers patient education while maintaining efficiency and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Perform adult and pediatric prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and non-surgical periodontal therapy
Capture digital radiographs and intraoral images
Complete periodontal charting and risk assessments
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Accurately document clinical findings and treatment in Open Dental
Collaborate with dentists and the clinical team on treatment planning
Work within an assisted hygiene model (two columns)
Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards

Qualifications

Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license
Strong clinical skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in digital radiography and intraoral imaging
Experience with Open Dental, iTero, and Piezo preferred
Strong communication and time-management abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment

Compensation & Benefits
