Dental Hygienist Fridays 8 am to 2 pm

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team! In this role, you will provide exceptional dental care in a welcoming, patient-focused environment. You’ll screen patients, perform cleanings, and assist dentists during exams and procedures—helping every patient feel like family.

The ideal candidate is state-licensed, has at least 3–5 years of experience, and is passionate about creating a positive, comfortable dental experience for every patient.

Responsibilities

Welcome patients and make them feel at ease in the treatment area
Discuss dental care plans with patients and answer questions
Prepare and sterilize equipment for dental procedures
Record medical histories and take vital signs accurately
Conduct preliminary exams and collect oral health information
Evaluate patients for cavities, gum disease, and other oral health issues
Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and fluoride treatments
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
Take and review dental X-rays
Assist the dentist during exams and procedures
Follow all health, safety, and office policies

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene (Commission on Dental Accreditation certified); Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred
Active Dental Hygienist license
3–5+ years of clinical dental hygiene experience
Knowledge of HIPAA and dental safety regulations
Ability to stand and bend for extended periods
Excellent communication, patient care, and customer service skills
