Job Description

We offer competitive hourly rates starting at $60 per hour, plus bonus commission. Candidates with strong, relevant experience may qualify for higher compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine dental cleanings, including scaling, root planing, and polishing to remove plaque and tartar
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, nutrition, and preventive care
Administer local anesthesia and apply sealants as needed
Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) while adhering to safety standards
Work closely with dentists to assess oral health and support treatment planning
Provide pre- and post-operative care instructions for patients undergoing procedures
Monitor periodontal health, including charting and assisting with gum disease treatment plans
Stay up to date with advancements in dental hygiene practices through continuing education
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
Active dental hygiene license (e.g., RDH) in the applicable state
Experience in preventive care and comprehensive dental cleanings
Proficiency in diagnostic and preventive procedures, including X-rays, fluoride treatments, and oral cancer screenings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Adherence to all legal and ethical standards in dental practice
