Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic pediatric dental team! With offices in both Manhattan and Brooklyn, we are open to full-time or part-time candidates who share our passion for helping children develop healthy smiles and a lifelong love for the dentist.

Responsibilities

Perform dental cleanings, fluoride treatments, and preventive care for pediatric patients.
Conduct oral health assessments and identify any potential dental issues.
Educate children and their parents/guardians on proper oral hygiene habits.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere to ease children’s anxiety and build trust.
Collaborate closely with our dental team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Stay current with best practices and advancements in pediatric dentistry.

Qualifications

Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution.
Current state licensure as a Dental Hygienist.
Prior experience with pediatric patients preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Gentle, patient, and child-friendly approach to care.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
