Metro Dentalcare –  is seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our collaborative and friendly team! We are an established, single-doctor practice that prioritizes teamwork, communication, and exceptional patient care.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Thursday

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of Minnesota
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
CPR Certification
A strong team player with excellent communication skills
Passion for patient education and preventive care
Open to new graduates and experienced hygienists alike

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

Experience with digital x-rays, Diagnodent, Velscope, digital scanners, and electronic health records
Desire to grow and continually improve clinical skills

Physical & Safety Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, lift up to 45 lbs, and perform essential hygiene functions
Must complete a TB test prior to starting (not applicable in FL & TN)
Must be available for occasional virtual or in-person training sessions
