Dental Hygienist – Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Multiple Offices Available
Employer: Western Dental Services, Inc. (including affiliates Brident Dental & Vital Smiles)
As a valued member of our hygiene team, you'll perform preventive care procedures and educate patients on the importance of oral hygiene. From routine cleanings to patient counseling, you'll play a key role in helping patients achieve healthier, brighter smiles. You’ll also partner closely with dentists and receive guidance from our dedicated hygiene support team offering mentorship and coaching opportunities.

What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality oral hygiene services, including cleanings, scaling, root planing, fluoride/sealant application, and polishing restorations
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and nutrition’s impact on oral health
Accurately update and chart dental and periodontal health in compliance with HIPAA
Administer local anesthetics, where permitted
Collaborate with dentists to ensure the best treatment outcomes
Qualifications:
Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
Valid state dental hygiene license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset
Strong time management and organizational skills
Willingness to travel between nearby locations is a plus
