We’re currently seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who is passionate about patient care and eager to be part of a forward-thinking practice.

Your Role as an RDH

As a vital member of our clinical team, you’ll be more than a hygienist—you’ll be a patient advocate and wellness partner. Your responsibilities will include:

Performing comprehensive dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive services
Recommending and interpreting salivary diagnostics (OralDNA)
Educating patients on the connection between oral and systemic health
Collaborating closely with doctors and front office staff to deliver coordinated, exceptional care
Utilizing AI tools and intraoral technology to improve diagnostics and patient engagement
Discussing third-party financing options when applicable
Recommending adjunctive services such as laser therapy, Arestin, and irrigation treatments

What We’re Looking For

A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist with at least 3 years of clinical experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High clinical standards and attention to detail
Interest in holistic/functional dentistry, oral-systemic health, and new technologies
A team player willing to cross-train and assist across departments

Additional Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA
Take vital signs and capture diagnostic images when needed
Assist with procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques
Apply aseptic techniques and maintain a safe, clean clinical environment
Work in both general and pediatric dentistry settings
Proficient use of Dentrix for patient management and documentation

Qualifications

Valid dental hygiene license in the state of practice
Pediatric dentistry experience (preferred, not required)
Strong knowledge of dental and medical terminology, coding, and infection control
Prior experience in a dental clinic or office setting
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Passionate about patient education and preventative care

Position Details

Job Type: Part-time
Expected Hours: 8–24 per week
Pay: \$60.00 – \$75.00 per hour (based on experience)
