Dental Hygienist - Now Hiring

Cosmetic Dentistry of San Antonio is a high-end cosmetic dental practice committed to transforming lives through beautiful smiles. Unlike high-volume dental mills, we prioritize quality over quantity, with a dedicated sterile tech on staff to assist with instrument sterilization and periodontal charting.

Location: San Antonio, TX | Compensation: \$40–\$45/hour
Schedule: Flexible part-time days available; full-time considered for the right candidate

What We’re Looking For:

We are currently hiring part-time Dental Hygienists and are open to a full-time role for the ideal candidate. Please Note: A current Texas Dental Hygiene License is required. Candidates without a Texas license will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform dental cleanings and preliminary oral exams
Support dentists in developing treatment plans for a range of dental conditions
Educate patients of all ages on proper oral hygiene techniques
Take dental impressions for mouthguards, dentures, and other appliances
Ensure all dental instruments are properly disinfected and sterilized
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with infection control standards

Qualifications:

Current Texas Dental Hygienist License (required)
CPR certification (required)
1–2 years of experience as a dental hygienist preferred
Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient education
Willingness to complete a DISC analysis (sent via WizeHire upon application)
