Part-Time Dental Hygienist – Join Our Friendly, Patient-Focused Team!

Location: Austin, TX 78747 | In-Person Position
Pay: Starting at \$50.00/hour
Schedule: 8–16 hours per week (Fridays strongly preferred)

Position Highlights:

Flexible part-time role (1–2 days/week)
Fridays preferred; occasional Saturday (9 AM–2 PM) availability
Weekday office hours: 10 AM–6 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleanings and oral exams for patients of all ages
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
Assess and document oral health, reporting findings to the dentist
Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant patient records
Ensure clinical areas remain clean, organized, and properly stocked
Provide a welcoming and calming experience for pediatric patients
Collaborate with dentists and staff to ensure efficient patient flow

Qualifications:

Licensed Dental Hygienist in Texas (Required)
Experience in both general and pediatric dental care is preferred
Strong understanding of dental terminology and clinical procedures
Proficient in medical records management and HIPAA compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
