Dental Care Assistant

We’re currently seeking a Dental Care Assistant who’s passionate about making a difference — someone who brings energy, compassion, and a commitment to quality in everything they do.

Your Role:

As a Dental Care Assistant at Ideal Dental, you’ll be a key player in creating positive patient experiences and supporting our clinical team. From assisting with procedures to patient education, your work will directly contribute to healthy, confident smiles in your community.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist dentists during a variety of procedures with efficiency and empathy
Take accurate dental X-rays to support diagnostic and treatment decisions
Prepare, clean, and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments according to safety protocols
Ensure smooth patient flow and comfort throughout their visit
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Take impressions, bite registrations, and iTero digital scans
Document patient records accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with your team to maintain a welcoming, well-organized office environment

What You’ll Need:

Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
Current CPR certification
6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience as an RDA
Flexibility to travel to newly acquired offices if needed
