Job Description

Pay: \$22.00 – \$28.00/hour
Expected Hours: 40/week | In-Person Role
About the Role
As a Dental Assistant at our practice, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality care while ensuring a smooth, efficient experience for our patients. You’ll work side-by-side with our dental team, assist in various procedures, and help create a comfortable environment for patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities
Assist dentists during procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques
Prepare and maintain instruments, treatment rooms, and equipment following strict infection control protocols
Take accurate dental X-rays and other medical imaging
Operate 3D scanners and digital imaging equipment as needed
Record patient medical histories and treatment plans with precision
Provide chairside support for general dentistry procedures (e.g., fillings, extractions, cleanings)
Offer compassionate care to pediatric patients, ensuring a positive experience
Support front desk operations when needed—scheduling, charting, and patient communications
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred—but we’re willing to train the right candidate
Strong understanding of infection control procedures
Experience with pediatric patients is a plus
Comfortable using dental imaging equipment and technology
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with dental charting and documentation systems is a bonus
