At Brooklyn Oak Dental Care, we believe dentistry is about more than cleanings and checkups—it’s about transforming lives, one smile at a time. We’re not just hiring a dental assistant; we’re looking for someone who is passionate about their work, genuinely cares for patients, and is committed to their own growth and fulfillment.

Our modern, upscale office is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, giving you the tools you need to deliver exceptional care. We strive for excellence—but we also value a fun, positive personality. Teamwork is at the heart of everything we do, so we’re looking for true team players.

We want you to work with us, not for us.

We recognize the dedication, skill, and compassion you bring to your career. You deserve an environment where your expertise is respected and your contributions truly matter.

What You Can Expect:

A supportive, collaborative team that celebrates your success
One-on-one coaching to help you maximize your earning potential
A fun, family-oriented workplace where your voice is heard
A privately owned practice (not a corporate DSO)
Competitive incentives, including PTO and Simple IRA benefits

Our goal is to help you grow—or reignite—your passion for patient care, so you can love what you do every day while making a meaningful impact.

How We Support You:

Paid time off and vacation pay
Bonus opportunities
Simple IRA with employer match
Dental benefits for you and your family
Ongoing professional development
A consistent schedule—you won’t be sent home early if a patient cancels

Schedule: Full-time or part-time, Monday–Thursday (8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
Pay: $23–27 per hour, based on experience and skill level

At our practice, you’re not “just” a dental assistant—you’re a trusted provider, a valued teammate, and an essential part of our mission.

If you’re looking for a dental home where you’ll feel supported, appreciated, and empowered to thrive, we’d love to meet you. Join us in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with warmth, efficiency, and compassion.
