Dental Assistant with at least 1 year experience required

Now Hiring: Experienced Dental Assistant (Periodontics / Oral Surgery)
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19152
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: \$18.00 – \$25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Expected Hours: 8.5 – 35 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during periodontal, surgical, preventive, and operative procedures
Prepare, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols
Maintain dental equipment (compressors, suction systems, sterilizers, etc.) per manufacturer guidelines
Develop and process dental radiographs; adhere to all radiation safety protocols
Set up and prepare operatory rooms and instruments according to procedural standards
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and clinical safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

1+ year of dental assisting experience (required)
Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Radiology Certification
CPR Certification
Ability to commute to or relocate to Philadelphia, PA 19152 (relocation preferred before start)

Office Hours:

Monday – Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
