What You'll Do:

Deliver outstanding chairside support and create a welcoming, reassuring environment for patients
Assist dentists and hygienists with all dental procedures, anticipating their needs and ensuring efficient patient flow
Take and develop high-quality radiographs, and prepare charts with accurate, up-to-date information
Sterilize, prepare, and maintain equipment and operatories according to safety protocols
Educate patients on treatment procedures, aftercare, and oral hygiene best practices
Coordinate with the front office for scheduling, lab case tracking, and follow-up appointments
Support a positive team environment through communication and collaboration
Monitor and manage dental supply inventory as directed
Comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards
Participate in team huddles, complete checklists, and maintain learning requirements through our training platform

What You Bring:

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent
Current radiography certification (per state requirements)
Dental Assistant certification or ability to obtain per state guidelines
Ability to maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control compliance

Preferred:

CPR certification
Certification to monitor Nitrous Oxide/Oxygen Analgesia
Experience in a patient-facing clinical or dental setting

Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional patient service
Ability to adapt, multitask, and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy and able to learn dental software systems quickly

Work Conditions:

May require overtime as approved by leadership
Occasional travel for training or operational support
Extended periods of standing or sitting
Use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols, including exposure to radiographs and clinical environments
