Dental Assistant (RDA) – Wellness-Focused | Dallas, TX

What You’ll Do:

Assist chairside for restorative procedures with calm, confident precision
Lead our New Patient Experience with warmth and professionalism
Accurately chart and document treatment details
Track lab cases, manage supplies, and maintain clinical readiness
Keep the back office tidy, efficient, and well-organized
Anticipate the doctor’s and patients’ needs to ensure seamless flow
Create visual case presentations (Canva experience is a bonus!)
Gain exposure to whole-body and integrative dentistry, including red light therapy, infrared, breathwork, and more

Job Types: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: \$18.00 – \$28.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 24–32 per week
