Our clinical team plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations. They support our providers and help create a stress-free, pleasant experience for both patients and clinicians. Responsibilities include customer service, patient education, operatory set-up and maintenance, diagnostics, lab work, inventory management, treatment plan presentation, charting, note-taking, scheduling, and follow-up. Every team member contributes to keeping our schedule full, which includes timely follow-up on recalls, outstanding treatment, and patient leads.

Dental experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right person

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Spanish bilingual required
Friendly, positive, and patient-focused
Responsible, reliable, and able to multitask
Able to commute to Chicago, IL 60657 or plan to relocate before starting
Available for an 8-hour shift, Monday–Friday between 7am–7pm and Saturdays 7am–3pm
