Dental Assistant ( Foreign Trained Dentists Preferred)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Assistant to join our thriving dental team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth clinical operations and delivering outstanding patient care. Key Responsibilities:

Assist dentists during exams and procedures by preparing treatment rooms and organizing instruments
Capture accurate dental impressions and images using 3D scanners
Maintain and update patient records and documentation using systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix
Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized operatory
Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide post-treatment instructions
Handle appointment scheduling, patient follow-ups, and coordinate with other providers as needed
Support pediatric patients with a calm, gentle, and caring demeanor
Assist with endodontic procedures, including preparing required materials and tools
Stay current with medical coding best practices for accurate billing

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Dental Assistant (foreign-trained dentists are encouraged to apply)
Familiarity with dental documentation and clinical workflows
Proficiency in dental software, especially Eaglesoft or similar platforms, is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, multitasking environment
Certification in Dental Assisting is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time
Expected Hours: 38–43 per week
Pay: \$25.00 – \$30.00 per hour (based on experience)
