Dental Assistant for General Practice in Chelsea

We are a welcoming, patient-centered general dentistry practice looking for a dependable and motivated Dental Assistant to join our friendly, collaborative team. In this role, you’ll support our general dentist across a variety of procedures and help maintain a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during procedures, including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions, and implant placements.
Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and treatment rooms in compliance with infection control protocols.
Capture dental records, including X-rays and iTero scans, and maintain accurate patient documentation.
Monitor and manage clinical supplies and inventory.
Support a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment.
Ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit.

Qualifications

Dental Assistant certification (or eligibility) required
Radiology certification preferred
Previous dental assisting experience a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced clinical setting
