Dental Assistant for Full Time Employment

Park Slope Dental Aesthetics (PSDA) is seeking an experienced Lead/Chairside Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. As we expand with a new Brooklyn location, we are looking for someone to help us deliver top-tier care in our boutique dental practice.

Founded in 2014 by Dr. Eric Steinbach and Dr. Andrew Sarowitz, PSDA has built strong ties with the local community, providing exceptional dental care. Both doctors proudly serve as the Official Dentists for the NBA’s Brooklyn Nets, and our practice is the preferred choice for the team, staff, and their families.

We’re looking for a Lead Dental Assistant with 5+ years of experience, particularly strong chairside skills. In this role, you’ll be expected to lead by example and help build lasting relationships with patients. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, patient, and approachable, with a deep understanding of both general and cosmetic dental procedures.

Key Qualifications:

- 5+ years of dental assisting experience (preferred)

- Strong chairside clinical skills

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

- Compassionate, friendly, and skilled at building patient rapport

- Proficient in both general and cosmetic dental procedures and their set-ups

- Emotional intelligence to manage patient concerns and create a calm, comfortable environment

What We Offer:

- Competitive salary: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour

Schedule:  

- Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts)

Education:  

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
