A busy, four-doctor dental specialty office in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood is currently seeking full-time and part-time Dental Assistants to join our dynamic team.

Dental Assistant – Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities

Location: Lakeview, Chicago, IL

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and friendly demeanor
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Word
Enthusiastic and professional — someone who enjoys helping others and likes to smile!

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and clean treatment rooms
Assist doctors during various dental procedures
Take digital radiographs and intraoral scans (training provided)
Order and maintain dental supply inventory
Input clinical data into our chairside electronic health records
Welcome new patients, answer phones, schedule appointments
Support overall flow of the office and ensure a great patient experience

Note: We utilize digital radiographs and cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) technology.

Work Schedule:

Office hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (rotational or as scheduled)
Assistant shifts:

7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
7:30 AM – 3:00 PM (if working Saturday)
Some flexibility is required as appointments may occasionally run beyond scheduled hours.
