Your Responsibilities

Provide chairside assistance during general and orthodontic procedures
Prepare and maintain dental instruments and treatment areas
Take and process X-rays (X-ray certification required)
Perform coronal polishing and fluoride treatments (certifications required)
Take impressions, place temporary crowns, and apply sealants
Assist with crown and bridge procedures
Support ClearCorrect and other orthodontic treatments
Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix
Participate in morning team meetings and help create a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
Deliver exceptional patient care and ensure comfort throughout each visit

Skills & Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a dental assistant
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Proficiency with Dentrix and computer-based scheduling/charting
Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
