Are you an organized, friendly, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping others? We’re looking for a Dental Assistant to be the welcoming face of our modern dental practice. In this role, you’ll ensure every patient enjoys a smooth and positive experience from check-in to checkout while supporting our team with exceptional service and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist patients warmly, creating a welcoming and professional first impression.
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments to maintain an efficient and organized calendar.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Process patient information and insurance details using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems such as Open Dental.
Support clinical operations as needed, including assisting with imaging, taking vital signs, and preparing treatment areas.
Communicate clearly with patients regarding treatment plans, insurance coverage, and payment options.
Uphold strict infection control and safety standards to ensure a clean and secure environment for all.

Basic Qualifications:

Solid understanding of dental terminology and procedures (general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, pediatric dentistry).
Experience with medical documentation, coding, and record-keeping.
Familiarity with 3D scanners and other dental technologies (a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a dental office or as a dental receptionist.
Proficiency in Open Dental or other EMR systems.
Knowledge of dental anatomy and related clinical terms.
