Location: Swish Dental – Multiple Locations (travel may be required)
Job Type: Full-Time | Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends!)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist dentists during a wide range of procedures
Take digital X-rays and dental scans
Prepare, sterilize, and set up instruments and treatment rooms
Record and update patient information accurately
Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience
Take dental impressions as needed
Maintain a "patient first" and "team first" mindset
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations
Stay current on best practices and new skills in dental assisting
What We’re Looking For:
Required Skills & Abilities:
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Familiar with dental terminology and basic procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using basic computer systems
Willingness to travel to other Swish locations as needed
Education & Certifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a Dental Assisting course (required)
Current Texas RDA license (or 1+ years certified and eligible)
CPR and/or BLS certification
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
This role involves working in a fast-paced clinical setting. The ideal candidate must be able to:
Stand or sit for long periods
Lift up to 50 lbs
Perform repetitive hand and wrist movements
Work in a space with exposure to chemicals, instruments, and biohazards
Handle sharp tools and medical equipment
Navigate tight or confined spaces as needed
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
