Dental Assistant

We are currently seeking a reliable, responsible, and skilled Dental Assistant—with a strong background in oral surgery—to join our friendly and supportive team.

Dental Assistant – Oral Surgery Focus
Location: Sunny Dental Care (In-Person)
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Temporary
Pay: \$25.00 – \$30.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:

Assist the dentist with four-handed dentistry, especially during oral surgery procedures
Take digital X-rays
Set up and break down treatment rooms and trays for procedures
Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols per regulations
Ensure patient comfort and deliver compassionate, quality care
Use knowledge of dental instruments to support clinical efficiency
Help streamline office procedures and contribute to smooth daily operations
Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time as directed by supervisors

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Dental Assistant, with specific experience in oral surgery
Strong understanding of HIPAA and infection control protocols
Team-oriented, dependable, and honest
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to office protocols
Well-organized with excellent attention to detail
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Availability on weekdays and some weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
High school diploma required; dental assistant certification preferred
