Dental Assistant

Ralph Avenue Dental Care is seeking an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team. This role involves chairside assisting, sterilization, charting, and front desk duties. We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, a team mindset, and a passion for patient care. Dental Assistant – Full-Time
Location: Ralph Avenue Dental Care, Brooklyn, NY
Work Setting: In-person | Single Location

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service to all patients
Adhere to OSHA and infection control protocols
Assist patients with questions and concerns
Maintain and protect confidential patient records
Input and manage patient insurance information
Provide 4-handed chairside assistance during procedures
Perform sterilization and disinfection of operatories and instruments
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
Assist with specialty procedures including Periodontics, Oral Surgery, and Implant placement

Requirements:

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new technology
