Job Responsibilities May Include:

Front Desk/Administrative:

Warmly greet and check in patients
Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate records
Efficiently manage scheduling and patient flow
Use dental software and basic computer programs confidently

Clinical Chairside Assisting (Training Provided):

Assist dentist during procedures (e.g., exams, crowns, bridges, extractions)
Take accurate x-rays and impressions
Educate patients on procedures and oral hygiene
Sterilize instruments and disinfect rooms per OSHA/CDC guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and functionality of all clinical equipment

Requirements:

Punctual, reliable, and organized
Friendly and flexible, with a positive attitude
Strong computer and communication skills
Spanish-speaking a plus (not required)
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Location: In person – Chicago, IL 60651
License/Certification: No CDA/RDA license required
Preferred Experience: 1 year dental assisting (but not required!)
