Dental Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Chairside Dental Assistant who can work independently with patients, is personable, and thrives as a team player.

All in One Benso Family Dental is a fast-paced, high-end private practice (non-corporate) located in North Phoenix. If you’re looking for a private practice opportunity without corporate affiliation, this is the place for you!

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of dental assisting experience. This position requires professionalism, motivation, the ability to multitask effectively, and excellent customer service skills. We are looking for an energetic professional with outstanding chair-side manners, strong communication and organizational abilities, and exceptional attention to detail.

Dental Assistant Clinical Tasks:

- Work independently in clinical settings.

- Prepare patients for procedures and discuss pre-operative and post-operative instructions.

- Assist with various procedures, including fillings, crowns, extractions, and making temporary crowns and bridges, as well as intraoral scanning.

- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment.

- Conduct post-procedure clean-up.

Dental Assistant Administrative Tasks:

- Update and maintain patient dental records.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of prior dental assisting experience.

- Experience with Dentrix software.

- Radiology certification.

Job Type:

Part-Time

Salary:

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday: 8 AM - 5 PM

- Tuesday & Thursday: 7 AM - 5 PM

- No weekends
