Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Office Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a positive experience from their arrival. This role involves coordinating treatment plans, scheduling appointments, and performing administrative tasks to support our dental professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Interaction:

- Warmly greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.

- Provide information about treatment plans and address any patient inquiries.

- Coordinate financial arrangements and discuss payment options.

Scheduling and Coordination:

- Schedule patient appointments, consultations, and follow-ups.

- Manage the dental provider's calendar to optimize patient flow.

- Confirm appointments and handle any rescheduling or cancellations.

Administrative Duties:

- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as necessary.

- Verify insurance eligibility and process claims.

- Address billing inquiries and collect payments.

Communication:

- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.

- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.

- Assist with marketing initiatives and patient retention programs.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration or dental assisting is a plus.

- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred.

- Proficiency in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes is advantageous.

- Exceptional customer service skills with a patient-centric approach.
