Dental Assistant

Our dental practice is seeking an exceptional, hardworking, and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team. We are a family-oriented, two-doctor general dentistry practice located in Westchester, near LAX.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills. You should be comfortable interacting professionally with both staff and patients.

We currently have one half-day Saturday shift each month.

Responsibilities:

- Provide warm and compassionate care to our patients; we value a patient-centered approach

- Assist with all phases of general dentistry through four-handed dentistry techniques

- Take vital signs (CPR certification required)

- Manage sterilization processes and dental supply inventory

- Utilize Carestream (Softdent) Dental Software (training will be provided)

- Take digital radiographs

- Take alginate impressions

- Fabricate provisional restorations

- Complete California Law, HIPAA, and OSHA training classes

- Be open to cross-training in the front office
