What We're Looking For:

Licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in the state of Texas
Minimum 3 years of experience as an RDA or CDA
Skilled in clinical chairside assisting and cosmetic procedures
Experience with Invisalign, including scanning, records, and attachment placement
Ability to fabricate aesthetic, well-fitting temporaries
Comfortable with suctioning, packing cord, treatment planning, and accurate chart notes
Strong communication and organizational skills
Active CPR/BLS certification
A motivated, team-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast-paced, elite dental environment

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and explain treatment plans to ensure comfort and understanding
Take and document vital signs, medical histories, and x-rays
Assist the dentist chairside with instruments, suction, and procedural flow
Provide post-op instructions and educate patients on oral care and hygiene
Schedule follow-up appointments and help manage patient records
Maintain infection control standards and sterilization protocols
Ensure accurate charting and effective communication with both patients and team
