Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient exams, diagnose conditions, and create treatment plans
- Perform a variety of procedures, including restorative dentistry, cosmetic treatments, and oral surgery referrals
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Contribute to marketing efforts, staff training, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a licensed dentist (DDS/DMD)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in continuing education and staying current with industry advancements
- Active AZ licensure and professional liability insurance
- Proficiency in Dentrix software
