Cosmetic Dental Hygienist in NYC

Rockefeller Center Dental Office is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our private cosmetic dental practice. This is a part-time position, requiring availability Thursdays from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.

This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and thrives in a collaborative team setting. Our office is home to one general dentist, a part-time periodontist, and two part-time hygienists.

What We’re Looking For

N2O2 and local anesthesia certified
Proficient in intraoral photography, intraoral scanning, and chair-side whitening
Comfortable using dental software and strong computer skills
CPR certified
Must wear loupes while providing care

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and patient education
Take intraoral photos and scans to support diagnostic and cosmetic procedures
Assist in infection control and maintain a clean, compliant operatory
Collaborate with the dental team to support optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

Valid Dental Hygiene License (State of NY)
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
Certification in N2O2, local anesthesia, and CPR
Associate’s degree or higher in Dental Hygiene
