Position Overview
In this role, you’ll provide high-quality clinical care and patient education, with a strong focus on serving our Spanish-speaking community. Your work will directly support improved oral health outcomes and a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive services, including dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
Take and interpret dental X-rays with accuracy and care
Administer Arestin as part of periodontal treatment plans
Conduct salivary testing to support diagnosis and treatment planning
Utilize Perio Protect methods for periodontal therapy
Capture detailed intraoral photographs for documentation and case tracking
Perform periodontal probing and charting
Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care in both Spanish and English
Build strong patient relationships through clear communication and compassionate care

Qualifications

Active California Dental Hygienist license
Fluency in both Spanish and English
Proficiency in clinical procedures including X-rays, Arestin placement, salivary testing, Perio Protect, intraoral imaging, and periodontal charting
Prior experience preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
