We are currently seeking a Dentist to join our growing team. In this role, you will support our mission by delivering excellent dental care to both children and adults while creating positive, memorable experiences for every patient. Your Impact

Provide high-quality dental care with the support of a collaborative clinical team
Participate in community activities that promote a positive image of the company
Join daily team huddles to plan your day, celebrate achievements, and recognize great teamwork
Work in a practice that serves a large pediatric population (approximately 70% of patients are children)

Practice Environment

Our offices are equipped with modern technology and strong clinical support:

DentaPro practice management software
Digital X-rays and Panorex units
Fiber-optic handpieces
Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
Clinical team support ratio: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider

Patient Base: Primarily ages 3–21, with up to 30% adults (depending on location)
Daily Flow: Average of 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients
Insurance Mix: State insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
Current, valid dental license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of practice
Required certifications such as CPR and DEA
Nitrous Oxide certification (required in LA, MS, DC, TX, and MA)
A compassionate approach and passion for providing dental care to children and adults
