Temporary Dentist Pediatric Office

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Temporary Dentist to join our Pediatric Dental Office for the month of January. Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for pediatric patients, incorporating complete medical and dental histories.
Provide a full range of pediatric dental treatments, including cleanings, restorations, extractions, pulp therapy, stainless steel crowns (SSCs), and other child-specific procedures.
Maintain accurate and compliant patient records using dental software such as Dentrix, in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Adhere strictly to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and sterile clinical environment.
Work collaboratively with the dental team using four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency and patient comfort.
Educate patients and their guardians on oral hygiene, preventive care, and individualized treatment plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in pediatric dentistry techniques and pediatric dental terminology.
Solid understanding of dental anatomy, medical terminology, and dental imaging.
Experience with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software preferred.
Excellent patient care and communication skills, particularly with children and families.
Thorough knowledge of infection control and sterilization standards.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements.
