Root Canal Dentists

We are seeking full-time General Dentists with at least 2 years of post-graduate experience to join our established non-surgical endodontic practice in Dallas, TX.  

Owned by an experienced endodontist, we provide comprehensive training to help you deliver high-quality endodontic treatment. Our mission is to make endodontic care accessible and affordable for all patients.  

Practice Highlights:  
Established for 16+ years in central Dallas  
Owned and managed by a specialist (no corporate pressure)  
No late hours – Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM  
High patient volume with no competition among doctors  
Support from specialists and senior dentists for training and case consultation  

Compensation & Benefits:  
Signing Bonus for full-time positions  
Paid working interview – 30% net production of work performed on the day  
$650-700/day for the first 60 days  
28%+ of collections after 60 days, based on skill and performance

Qualifications:  
2+ years of U.S. dental practice experience  
Valid Texas Dental License, DEA, NPI
U.S. dental training & eligibility to work in the U.S.
Clean "Loss Run" report with Liability Insurance  
Ability to credential with insurance providers and TMHP  
Proficiency in non-surgical endodontic treatment of molars & emergency cases
Experience with OpenDental or similar software
Strong communication skills & ability to treat patients of all ages  

Job Type: Full-time  
Pay: Up to $490,000 per year  

Schedule:  
8-hour shifts  
Monday to Friday  
On-call & weekends as needed  

Supplemental Pay:  
Commission pay  
Signing bonus
