Registered Dental Hygienist-Part time ($2,500 Sign-On Bonus)

Smile Land Family Dental, led by Dr. Bassam Abazid, DDS, is seeking a passionate and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team in Northwest San Antonio.

What You’ll Do

Provide preventive cleanings and periodontal maintenance
Educate patients on treatment needs and oral health solutions
Identify and confidently present same-day treatment opportunities
Collaborate closely with Dr. Abazid and the clinical team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
Build lasting relationships with patients of all ages

You’ll work in an assisted hygiene model with two columns and a dedicated assistant, allowing you to stay focused on delivering exceptional patient care efficiently and comfortably.

What We’re Looking For

Active Texas RDH license (or eligibility to obtain one)
Positive, professional, and adaptable attitude
Comfortable in a fast-paced, treatment-focused environment
Strong communication and patient education skills
Team-oriented mindset with experience or interest in assisted hygiene workflows
Passion for helping patients feel confident and cared for
