Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Experienced Dental Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking an outgoing, motivated Dental Assistant or RDA to join our family-oriented private practice. Our goal is to create an efficient, welcoming environment and a positive experience for every patient.
We provide a wide range of general dentistry services, including endodontics, implants, SureSmile orthodontics, and CEREC crowns. We perform a high volume of CEREC cases, so prior CEREC experience is strongly preferred.

Monday–Thursday, 9.5-hour shifts

Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients, ensuring comfort before and during treatment
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, equipment, and materials
Assist the dentist with four-handed dentistry
Sterilize instruments and maintain compliance with safety regulations
Perform lab tasks as assigned
Provide oral hygiene and post-operative instructions
Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked operatories
Update and maintain accurate patient records
Monitor and manage dental supply inventory
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Dental Assistant
Experience with CEREC, implants, endo, and orthodontics preferred
Experience with Eaglesoft strongly preferred
Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols
Understanding of health and safety regulations
Ability to perform regulated non-surgical duties (e.g., coronal polishing) is a plus
Strong computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
High school diploma required; dental assisting program preferred
Additional certifications or training (e.g., EFDA) are a plus
Requirements
X-ray certification (required)
CPR certification (required)
RDA license (preferred)
Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
